Malvern East Physiotherapy has strength and balance classes that are specially designed for over 55 year olds.

Staying fit and healthy is extremely important for day to day activities because as we get older, we can easily lose muscle mass and fitness levels. In our physiotherapist run classes mature adults are looked after every step of the way. Our physiotherapists create fun and creative circuits of exercises that help build strength, balance and mobility.

With many of our regulars grabbing a coffee at the next door café after class, these classes are even a fun social opportunity.

To get started booked a fitness consultation with our physiotherapists who will create a program for you.
