Are you tired of getting injured with your weights program?  Exercising regularly but not getting your desired results?  Have you hit a plateau with your gym program? Our Peak program helps you perform daily tasks or sport at optimal levels without getting injured. Let us help you reach your Peak.

What

Classes run for 40 minutes and are a safe, total body circuit style program. Classes run in small groups, with no more than 4 people in a class.

How much?

Each class is $50 if you pay as you go, otherwise we have two membership options available:

Basecamp Elevation
2 X Peak classes per week
$80 per week
Fortnightly direct debit
2 X Peak classes per week
1 X Clinical Pilates class per week
$95 per week
Fortnightly direct debit

As each individual assessment and class is conducted by our physiotherapists, rebates with private health insurance extras may apply.

We recommend at minimum an 8-week commitment to reach your Peak. We have no lock in contracts, so you can cancel at any time by simply letting us know by emailing manager@malverneastphysio.com.au.

Peak is a functional fitness and strength program. Each class goes for 40 minutes. It uses a range of equipment including free weights, functional trainers and Keiser equipment. The programs are designed and created by our physiotherapists, as well as run decreasing the risk of injury. Peak is a very safe way to perform regular exercise for strength and fitness.

Over two individual appointments, one of our physiotherapists will assess your movement patterns and get you started towards your Peak.  Our Physiotherapists will give you a report to show how far you have claimed after 8 weeks.

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring along a drink bottle and towel.

As Peak has an individualised and specially designed programs – it is suitable for everyone.

After 8 weeks, your physiotherapist will assess and make changes accordingly.

We know that things happen. Our memberships are strictly limited to allow you to attend alternate classes if you have missed a session.  Just let us know and our team will find you a suitable spot. As each of our sessions offer a range of total body exercises, our physiotherapists will ensure you can exercise safely and with variety.
