Your initial assessment is a perfect opportunity to identify goals and any areas of focus that you would like to address.
During your assessment, your physiotherapist will complete a thorough full body assessment. Together, you will develop a strengthening and resistance exercise plan and begin to develop a program of exercises to reach your goals. Your physiotherapist will even provide a range of simple exercises you can continue at home to fast-track your progress.
